Kaleb was born in Austin, TX where he lived the first 5 years of his life before moving to Durango, CO. Here he would stay until high school, moving onto Wichita, KS and living there for 4 years before returning to Durango to attend Fort Lewis College. He moved back to play college basketball and majoring in business administration. While he was a student athlete in college, he participated in multiple community service events to help better the Durango community and beyond as well. Basketball and other sports taught him many life lessons such as being disciplined, being selfless by putting others before himself, and finding ways through adversity to create the desired outcome that breeds happiness and success. He is always willing to go out of his way to help family, friends, and clients because of his ability to truly care about whoever he is helping reach their goals and dreams.
Kaleb’s previous work experience was in the appraisal area of real estate, always meeting deadlines, learning the market areas quickly, and helping create detailed reports on properties being refinanced and under contract for a professional opinion of value. He worked for real estate appraisers in Durango, CO and Fort Worth, TX which helped him find his passion for real estate.
Kaleb’s hobbies include: playing/watching sports, going to the mountains to ski and hike, and spending quality time with friends and family when he is not working. He takes pride in his hard work and dedication to anything that he is a part of. He truly values happiness, honesty, commitment, respect, and communication.
Kaleb always enjoys gaining more knowledge as he is surrounded by real estate coaches and in his office, some with more than 30 years of experience in the industry and he is constantly pursuing continuing education. He decided to join #TheDenversAgentTeam because he is a firm believer in the team’s ethical values along with a disciplined and fun environment with a group of people that care about each other and their clients even more than themselves.
“To be successful in real estate, you must consistently put your clients’ best interests first. When you do, your personal needs will be realized beyond your greatest expectations.” - Kaleb Cobb
